Amazon Introduces Country-Specific Image Upload Tool for Brand Owners
New feature enhances localized marketing for global sellers
In a move to simplify global expansion for sellers, Amazon has launched a new country-specific upload tool that allows brands to upload localized product images for each Amazon store they sell on. This highly anticipated update addresses a long-standing pain point for sellers who previously had to rely on Amazon support to change images across multiple marketplaces. In a recent Seller Central post, Amazon UK informed sellers about the new offering.
Step-by-Step Process for Uploading Localized Images
The process for uploading country-specific images is straightforward. Brand owners can follow these simple steps:
1.Navigate to the Catalogue section and select "Upload Images."
2.In the "Bulk Image Upload" section, click "Upload here" to access the Country-Specific Upload tool.
3.Drag and drop images into the designated section and select the target country from a drop-down menu.
4.Click "Submit Images" to complete the upload process.
To use this tool, sellers must have an active product listing on the specific Amazon marketplace they are targeting.

It's important to note that while the tool allows for localized images, Amazon does not guarantee they will be displayed on the product detail page instead of global images. Also, sellers must have an active listing on the store they want to target to use the tool.
Amazon’s Country-Specific Upload tool makes e-commerce more inclusive and accessible. As brands increasingly look for ways to connect with international audiences, this feature offers a practical and effective way to enhance localization. By leveraging this tool, sellers can streamline their global strategies while providing customers a more tailored shopping experience worldwide.
