This feature of cross-lister and Amazon MCF fulfillment is available for all Amazon locales, from Amazon US, to Amazon CA to Amazon UK and Amazon Europe. ChannelMAX is a super simple cloud service that connects your marketplace listings to Fulfillment by Amazon, automating order entry and syncing inventory across all channels.
Amazon has a feature named Multi Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Under this feature, using FBA available inventory, Amazon allows fulfilling an order from a non-Amazon marketplace. With Auto MCF, ChannelMAX automatically downloads the order from the non-Amazon marketplace and convert automatically to Amazon MCF Order.
To avail this feature, you first need to start selling in Amazon FBA. The FBA warehouse quantity will then be available for MCF. Please, note the merchant SKU of the Amazon FBA item. While listing to other marketplaces, it's the best practice to keep the SKU the same.
You also need to create a Seller Account in eBay. eBay has two kinds of accounts, regular account, and seller account. You can list items only under seller account. Please note that, at the beginning, eBay will have listing restrictions, either in terms of total dollar amount listed, or total quantity listed. As you progress and maintain a positive ranking on the account, these limits are eased. The critical part of MCF is that you need to keep the custom label (aka merchant SKU) on eBay exactly same as that of the merchant SKU in Amazon FBA.
Once Amazon and eBay are authenticated in ChannelMAX, ChannelMAX will automatically download the orders from eBay or any other cross-listed non-Amazon marketplace. Based on the available quantity in FBA warehouse, ChannelMAX will then automatically convert the order to an Amazon MCF order. Amazon will then fulfilled the order from Amazon FBA inventory by Amazon.
Once Amazon creates the tracking number, ChannelMAX will import it into ChannelMAX and upload to eBay for order confirmation.
If you don't want automated MCF, you may choose to select the orders that you want to convert to Amazon MCF.
If the SKU of the item listed on your eBay (or another non-Amazon marketplace) does not 100% match back to Amazon FBA, in ChannelMAX, you can map the two non-matching SKUs and still achieve automatic MCF.
For MCF, we support many other marketplaces other that eBay.
You definitely do your research to find which items are to sell on Amazon FBA. The items are generally your top grossing items. After spending all your effort, it's advisable to maximize the exposure of these items listed on FBA. That is where Cross Lister comes in. Cross listing is basically automatically listing your Amazon FBA items to other non-Amazon marketplaces.

The first part of the listing process is gathering data. Really helpful data is UPC. If the UPC is cataloged in the marketplace, then cross-listing just by UPC will make sense as the cataloged information such as Images, Description, and other attributes will be auto populated by the marketplace for the UPC. As if cross-listed by ASIN in Amazon. However, UPC is not always available. ChannelMAX also gathers all the images, the description, and the attributes so that it can be cross-listed to the marketplace.
Item attributes such as Manufacturer, Brand, Manufacturer Part Number, Gender, Weight, Dimension etc. are key for a successful listing. ChannelMAX tries its best to gather this info and push it along while cross listing. If its a variation listing, there this becomes more critical, as for variation listing, we need variant attributes. For example, if you sell a shirt in different colors, then 'Color' becomes a variant attribute with values such as Red, Bleck, Blue etc..
ChannelMAX, by default, sets the price point same as in Amazon. However if you want, you can change the setting in ChannelMAX to be higher or lower than your Amazon price. If you plan to use Amazon MCF (multi channel fulfilment), then you need to accomodate for MCF Fee. What is MCF ? Once you see an item on eBay, you can fulfill that order from your Amazon FBA inventory.
You will then be asked to input your PayPal email and any tax related information into ChannelMAX. ChannelMAX recommends that you keep shipping free higher visibility of the item as well as for listing simplicity. Once done, ChannelMAX will list couple of sample listings to eBay or like and you will be asked to review. If you like, then please give go ahead.
Once you view the listing, please approve. Please make sure that price point is correct, image etc. are correct.
Depending on the package you subscribe, you rest of your listing will be cross-listed. However, you please note that eBay may put listing restrictions that you need to work with eBay.
Variation listings can be hairy. It's because, to list an item in variation, first of all you need a parent SKU (also known as MasterSKU). Then all the variation SKUs (also known Child SKUs) will go under this parent SKU. The proeprty of the child SKUs will vary depending on the variant attribute. Say variant attribute is 'Color', then the variotaion SKUs will vary by the value of the variant attribute, such as the color of Red, Blue, Yellow etc.
Once items are cross listed, we need to make sure that you don't oversell. For that, we can easily reflect your Amazon FBA quantity into the cross listed marketplace. We can also set a buffer qty, meaning if you last 1 piece left in Amazon FBA, then take off from the cross listed marketplace.
We will list the item at a certain price, say $10. Now the price in AmazonFBA may change to either $9 or $11. ChannelMAX can continually reflect this price change in Amazon FBA into the cross listed marketplace.
Not only FBA Listing, ChannelMAX can list nonFBA Listings to eBay too.
ChannelMAX can also cross list to marketplaces other than eBay. ChannelMAX can cross list to Walmart, Magento, Shopify etc.
