Amazon has quietly rolled out a new Seller Expert Pilot Program aimed at strengthening peer-to-peer support within its Seller Forums, according to an official invitation posted inside Seller Central.
The initiative, currently operating as a limited pilot, invites selected active forum contributors to serve as “Seller Experts.” These sellers are encouraged to share their knowledge, answer questions and help fellow merchants navigate policies, account issues and operational challenges.
