Amazon has introduced a new incentive programme aimed at reducing cross-border logistics costs for UK-based sellers shipping to the European Union. According to an update published on Seller Central, eligible sellers can earn up to €240 per shipment by using the Customs Clearance and Shipping Services Partner Carrier Programme pallet solution.
The limited-time offer is valid for shipments created by June 30, 2026, with pick-ups completed by July 10. The move is expected to encourage more sellers to adopt Amazon’s integrated logistics solution as cross-border trade continues to grow.

How the incentive works
Under the promotion, sellers will receive transportation fee reimbursements based on the number of pallets in each qualifying shipment. The structure is designed to reward higher shipment volumes while supporting smaller consignments as well.
Sellers can earn €60 for shipments of 1 to 5 pallets, €180 for 6 to 10 pallets, and up to €240 for 11 to 15 pallets. These reimbursements will not be paid upfront but will be applied as brokerage fee discounts on future shipments starting in August.
Amazon said it will automatically track qualifying shipments, making the process simple and requiring no additional claims from sellers.

What is C2S2 PCP pallet solution
The C2S2 PCP pallet solution combines customs clearance, brokerage, and transportation into a single service. This integrated model is particularly useful for sellers navigating post-Brexit trade requirements between the UK and EU, where customs documentation and compliance have become more complex.
By bundling these services, Amazon aims to reduce delays, minimise paperwork, and provide more predictable shipping timelines. The PCP-AVASK option, which is part of the programme, supports sellers with customs brokerage and regulatory compliance.
Additional benefits for new users
Amazon has also included extra incentives for sellers who are new to the C2S2 service. In addition to the shipment reimbursement offer, new users can receive a first brokerage fee discount and one year of free Indirect Representation, valued at €260.
Indirect Representation is particularly important for sellers without an EU establishment, as it allows a third party to handle customs declarations on their behalf, ensuring compliance with EU import regulations.
Why this matters for sellers
Cross-border shipping between the UK and EU remains one of the more challenging areas for online sellers due to customs procedures, VAT rules, and logistics costs. By offering financial incentives and simplifying processes, Amazon is attempting to lower entry barriers and improve operational efficiency for sellers expanding into European markets.
The reimbursement model also encourages sellers to consolidate shipments into pallets, which can lead to better cost efficiency and improved supply chain planning.
The latest Seller Central update highlights Amazon’s continued focus on supporting cross-border growth for its sellers. With financial incentives, simplified logistics, and added compliance support, the C2S2 PCP pallet programme could provide meaningful savings for UK sellers targeting EU markets. Sellers looking to expand internationally may find this limited-time offer a practical opportunity to optimise costs while navigating complex shipping requirements.
