eBay Links Seller Hub with Social Media

eBay, the global online marketplace, has launched a new social sharing feature for its Shop owners. The feature enables Shop owners to link their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest accounts to their Storefront and easily manage all their social platforms on their new Seller Hub Social page.

This feature, tested in Australia a year ago, was launched in the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia over the Easter weekend.

The social sharing feature aims to help Shop owners increase their visibility and sales by reaching more potential buyers on social media. Shop owners can share their Storefront and active listings on their connected social platforms by clicking the share icon next to their store name or on the top right of any item page. They can also access the Seller Hub Social page to see their social performance metrics and get tips and best practices for social sharing.

The feature is designed to be simple and convenient for Shop owners, who can save time and effort by managing all of their social platforms in one place. The feature also allows Shop owners to customize their social posts with captions, hashtags, and emojis to attract more attention and engagement from their followers.

eBay's new social sharing feature is part of its ongoing efforts to support its Shop owners and provide them with more tools and opportunities to grow their businesses.

eBay has over 25 million sellers worldwide, who offer more than 1.5 billion items across various categories. With the new social sharing feature, eBay hopes to empower its Shop owners to reach new audiences and expand their customer base.
