Whether you prefer dropping off your returns at a nearby store or scheduling a pickup from your home, Amazon has you covered. Here are the most popular Free Return options available in the US:
Amazon Stores
Customers near Amazon Fresh or Amazon Go stores can return items directly to these locations. After selecting Amazon Store Dropoff, a QR code will be sent to show at the store. Items should be in their original packaging. Items must be boxed for returns to Amazon Fresh Pickup or Amazon Hub Locker.
UPS Pickup
UPS Pickup is another convenient option. Customers can schedule UPS to pick up their package from their home by choosing this method on Amazon. The items must be packaged, but UPS will provide the return label. The pickup will occur on the next business day, and an adult must be present.
