Amazon has just introduced "Amazon Haul," a fresh shopping experience within the Amazon app and mobile website, aimed at providing U.S. customers with ultra-low prices on a wide array of products. Announced in an official blog post, Amazon Haul features items across fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics, and more—all priced at $20 or less, with many items under $10 and some as low as $1.

Competing with Low-Cost Retailers
Amazon's launch of Haul is a strategic move to compete with emerging low-cost retailers like Temu and Shein. By capping product prices at $20 (£15.79), Amazon aims to attract budget-conscious shoppers seeking "crazy low prices." Unveiled as a mobile-only experience within the Amazon Shopping app for U.S. customers, Haul promises deals that are "worth the wait," with delivery times of up to two weeks. This initiative allows Amazon to tap into the market segment that prioritizes ultra-affordable products, even if it means waiting a little longer for delivery.

Ultra-Low Prices and Added Savings
If you're on the hunt for great deals, Amazon Haul might be your new favorite destination. All items in Amazon Haul are priced $20 and under, with the majority under $10. From a three-piece trimmer razor set for $2.99 to colorful table runners for $2.99, the selection is both diverse and budget-friendly. Customers can also enjoy additional savings when they add more items to their cart: 5% off orders of $50 or more and 10% off orders over $75.

A New Shopping Experience
Amazon Haul has a dedicated shopping experience, including a separate search function, cart, and checkout process. This allows customers to build up a "haul" of items at low prices. You can access Amazon Haul by searching "Haul" in the Amazon app's search bar, navigating from the main menu icon, or visiting www.amazon.com/haul on your mobile device's browser.

Backed by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee
One of the standout features of Amazon Haul is that Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee backs all products. This means customers can shop confidently, knowing their purchases are protected. "Amazon screens the products sellers offer in Haul so customers can be confident they'll receive products that are safe, authentic, and compliant with applicable regulations," the company stated in their blog post.

Convenient Delivery and Returns
While Amazon Haul items typically have delivery times of one to two weeks, orders over $25 qualify for free delivery. For orders under $25, a $3.99 delivery fee applies. If a customer decides not to keep an item, Amazon offers free returns on all Amazon Haul purchases over $3.00 within 15 days of delivery. Returns can be made at over 8,000 drop-off locations across the U.S., including Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market, UPS, Kohl's, and Staples.

A Word from Amazon's Leadership
Dharmesh Mehta, vice president of Worldwide Selling Partner Services at Amazon, shared insights about the new offering. "Finding great products at very low prices is important to customers, and we continue to explore ways to work with our selling partners so they can offer products at ultra-low prices," he said. "Amazon Haul aims to help make shopping for fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics, and other products even more fun, easy, and affordable, all backed by Amazon's A-to-z product guarantee so customers can shop with confidence that the products they're purchasing are safe, authentic, and in the condition expected."

Catering to Diverse Shopping Needs
Amazon recognizes that while many customers value fast, free delivery on over 300 million items—especially Prime members who enjoy Same-Day and One-Day Delivery options—there's also a demand for ultra-low-priced products, even if they take longer. Amazon Haul addresses this by offering great deals with slightly longer delivery times, fulfilling a variety of shopping preferences.

With the launch of Amazon Haul, Amazon continues expanding its commitment to providing customers with more choices and better value while supporting its network of independent sellers. As the new experience rolls out, shoppers can look forward to discovering incredible deals, all backed by the trust and convenience that Amazon is known for.
