Amazon Launches Account Health Assurance to Prevent Seller Deactivation

High-performing sellers with strong account health ratings can stay online while resolving issues

Amazon has announced a new safeguard for sellers called Account Health Assurance, aimed at protecting active seller accounts from deactivation due to policy violations. The update, shared on Seller Central, will give qualifying sellers more security by allowing them to continue selling while they work with Amazon’s support team to resolve issues.

Eligibility requirements
To qualify for Account Health Assurance, sellers must have a professional selling account and maintain an Account Health Rating (AHR) of 250 or higher for at least six months. During this period, the account should not remain below the threshold for more than 10 days. In addition, sellers must keep a valid emergency contact number on file. Enrollment is automatic for eligible sellers and comes at no extra cost.
