Amazon UK introduces FBA fee discount for business bulk orders
Sellers can now unlock savings by offering discounts to Amazon Business customers
Amazon UK has rolled out a new benefit for its sellers, offering Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) fee discounts on bulk orders placed by business customers. The update, announced on Seller Central, took effect on September 24, 2025, and is aimed at helping sellers grow their sales through Amazon Business.
What the update means for sellers
The new programme allows sellers to access discounted FBA fulfilment fees when they provide special business pricing or set quantity discounts of at least 3 percent off their regular price. This move is designed to encourage bulk purchasing by businesses and make it more cost-effective for sellers to serve high-volume buyers.

Reaching more business customers
Amazon Business connects sellers with more than 8 million registered business buyers, including corporations, schools, hospitals, and government organisations. These customers typically place larger orders and are known for lower return rates compared to individual shoppers, giving sellers a more stable and profitable sales channel.
How to qualify
To benefit from the reduced FBA fulfilment fees, sellers must enable business pricing or create tiered discounts for their products. Once this is set, eligible orders from business customers automatically qualify for the fee discount. Amazon recommends that sellers review their catalogue and update pricing to tap into this opportunity.
For many sellers, offering competitive bulk pricing can unlock higher sales volumes and improve efficiency. By pairing business-friendly pricing with Amazon’s fulfilment network, sellers not only save on fees but also strengthen their visibility among business customers who value speed, reliability, and cost savings.
The new FBA fulfilment fee discount on Amazon Business bulk orders gives UK sellers an added advantage in expanding their B2B reach. By setting business pricing and offering quantity discounts, sellers can now save on fees, win more large-scale buyers, and make the most of Amazon’s growing business marketplace. This initiative marks another step by Amazon to support sellers in tapping into the high-potential B2B segment.
