Sellers planning to attend Amazon Accelerate 2026 can now begin building a more focused conference schedule. Seller Café appointments are open, while the event’s session catalog is available for sellers to explore before registering. The update was posted on Amazon’s US Seller Central platform. It gives attendees an early opportunity to secure one-on-one guidance and identify sessions relevant to their business challenges.

Amazon Accelerate 2026 will be held from September 22 to 24 at the Seattle Convention Center in Seattle, Washington. Seller Café is designed to connect sellers directly with Amazon specialists. These meetings can be used to seek personalized guidance, discuss business challenges or better understand Amazon programs and tools.

Amazon has expanded the available appointment categories and connection options following feedback from previous attendees.

Two Seller Café booking options
Sellers will have two ways to arrange a consultation.
A pre-scheduled consultation allows an attendee to reserve a focused 30-minute, in-person meeting before the conference. The walk-up option allows attendees to visit the appointment booking station during the event and schedule a 30-minute conversation. These appointments will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each attendee can book one pre-scheduled appointment and one walk-up appointment, subject to availability. Most consultations will take place in person, although Amazon says a limited number of categories may be offered virtually. Appointments are limited and could fill quickly. Sellers with a specific account or operational concern should therefore consider booking their pre-scheduled consultation as early as possible.

More than 80 sessions across 11 topics
The conference catalog includes more than 80 sessions covering 11 breakout topics. Available formats include presentations, workshops, panels, roundtables and shorter lightning talks. Sellers can filter the catalog by topic, session format and experience level. This should help new sellers avoid highly advanced sessions while allowing experienced operators to focus on specialized subjects and growth strategies.

The broader conference will also include networking opportunities, service-provider discussions, demonstrations and interactive experiences. Amazon says it has more than doubled the number of session tracks for the 2026 event.

Agenda Builder available after registration
Registered attendees will gain access to the Agenda Builder. The tool allows sellers to save preferred sessions and create a personal conference schedule. Before adding sessions, sellers should identify two or three priority areas in their businesses. These could include account health, advertising performance, fulfillment, catalog management, brand growth, international expansion or the adoption of new Amazon tools.

A priority-based approach can help attendees avoid filling their schedules with sessions that are interesting but not immediately relevant to their operations.

How sellers should prepare for Seller Café
A 30-minute consultation can pass quickly. Sellers should arrive with one clearly defined issue instead of attempting to discuss every part of their business. They should prepare a short explanation of the problem, relevant case numbers, affected ASINs, important dates and details of any previous communication with Seller Support. Sensitive information, including account passwords and complete payment details, should not be shared.

Sellers can also prepare a list of desired outcomes. For example, they may want clarification about a policy, guidance on improving a process or help identifying the correct Amazon team or tool. Seller Café should be treated as a personalized guidance opportunity rather than a guaranteed escalation or resolution channel.

Registration discounts available
Amazon is offering a 100 dollar early-bird discount through August 8, 2026, according to the official event page. A group offer is also available: businesses purchasing three tickets can receive a fourth ticket free when all four attendees are included in the same registration at checkout.

Companies sending several employees may use the group offer to divide conference coverage across different topics. One attendee could focus on advertising, another on fulfillment and operations, while others explore account health, brand growth or emerging tools.

Amazon says 92.5 percent of attendees at the previous conference considered the experience worth their time. This figure is an event-related claim published by Amazon.

What sellers should consider before registering
Sellers should compare the registration fee, travel costs and time away from their businesses with the potential value of the sessions, expert consultations and networking opportunities.

International sellers, including those traveling from India, should also consider visa processing time, flights, accommodation and local travel before booking. Since most Seller Café appointments are in person, sellers should not assume that the full conference experience will be available remotely.

The opening of Seller Café bookings and the session catalog gives sellers an opportunity to plan Amazon Accelerate 2026 around specific business needs instead of approaching it as a general industry event.

Sellers who register early can seek a preferred consultation slot, organize relevant sessions through Agenda Builder and prepare targeted questions for Amazon specialists. With appointments subject to availability, early planning will be particularly important for attendees hoping to receive personalized guidance.

Sellers can review the Seller Central announcement and visit the official Amazon seller events page for registration and event information.
